Terms of Service

1. Our services

We service, diagnose and repair vehicles at our workshop in Dubai Investment Park. Information on our website, including prices and guides, is general and may change. A booking or quote is not a guarantee of the final price until we have inspected your vehicle.

2. Estimates and approval

• We will give you an estimate before starting chargeable work. Estimates are based on what we can see at the time.
• If we find further work is needed, we will contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email and will not carry it out without your approval.
• Approving an estimate through our portal, a payment link, WhatsApp or email has the same effect as a signed approval.
• Diagnostic time is chargeable even if you decide not to go ahead with the repair.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to 5% VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due when the work is completed and before the vehicle is released, unless we have agreed account terms in writing.
• We accept card, bank transfer and online payment links. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Account customers who pay in advance receive credit that is applied to future invoices.

4. Parts

We use genuine or OEM-quality parts unless you ask otherwise. Replaced parts can be returned to you if you ask before the work starts; otherwise we dispose of them. If you supply your own parts, we are not responsible for their quality, fit or any failure they cause, and our workmanship warranty does not cover them.

5. Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for the period stated on your invoice. Parts carry the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accident damage, misuse, or work carried out by anyone else after us. If you think something is wrong, contact us first so we can inspect the vehicle.

6. Your vehicle while in our care

• We may road-test your vehicle as part of diagnosis or quality checks.
• Please remove valuables before handing over your vehicle. We are not responsible for personal items left inside.
• Vehicles not collected within 7 days of our notice that the work is complete may be charged a daily storage fee.
• We may hold the vehicle until invoices for work on it are paid in full.

7. Customer portal and online services

You are responsible for keeping your portal login private and for activity on your account. You must not misuse our website or systems, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with how they work. We may suspend access if we believe an account is being misused.

8. WhatsApp messaging

By messaging us on WhatsApp, or giving us your mobile number when you book, you agree that we can contact you on WhatsApp about your enquiries, bookings, jobs and invoices. Messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and WhatsApp's own terms also apply. We handle your messages as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying STOP or telling us.

9. Liability

We take reasonable care with every vehicle. Our liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the value of that job, except where the law does not allow such a limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of use, earnings or hire-car costs, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Website content

The content on our website, including text, images and our logo, belongs to Powerworks or our licensors. Guides and articles are for general information only and are not a substitute for an inspection of your vehicle.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book work is the one that applies to that job.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
