How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", or send the same request on WhatsApp to +971 52 121 7425.
2. Include your name and the mobile number or email address you used with us.
3. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we delete anything, to protect you from someone else making the request.

What happens next

• We confirm we have received your request within 3 working days.
• We delete your data, including your WhatsApp message history, from our CRM (hosted on Vercel and Supabase), customer portal and mailing lists within 30 days, and confirm by email or WhatsApp when it is done.
• We ask the service providers that process data for us to delete it too.

What we have to keep

UAE tax law requires us to keep invoices and accounting records for at least five years. We keep only what is needed for those records, and we do not use it for anything else. Everything else is deleted.

Stopping WhatsApp messages

To stop receiving WhatsApp updates from us, reply STOP or block our number in WhatsApp. This stops new messages but does not delete what we already hold. To delete that, send a request as described above. Copies of messages kept on your own phone are controlled by you and WhatsApp, not by us.
